Packaging

A total of sixteen package lines are in operation to produce a wide variety of package types. Capabilities include pack sizes from 7 grams to 5 pounds, ground or whole bean, flavored or straight, and with or without a degassing valve.

Summary:

• In Portion Pack (1.1 oz to 12 oz, Office Coffee/Institutional) format we have 350,000 pounds per month capacity. Packaged on 3 Generals and 2 Hayssen Vertical Form, Fill and Seal machines.

• In the 8 oz - 12 oz Retail Pre-Pack package we are capable of over 500,000 pounds per month. Both in four corner seal and/or back fin seal. Packaged on three GL-26s and two ICAs CSV 40 machines.
• In a Club Store pack ( 2-3 Lb package) we have another 500,000 pounds available per month. Packaged on one GL-14 and one GL-26. Both whole bean and ground.
• Whole Bean Bulk (2.5 Lb -5 Lbs package) we are capable of 600,000 pounds per month. Packaged on one GL-18 and one Hayssen Vertical form fill and seal machine.
• In the Hotel pack (.5 oz – 1.75 oz) we have 75,000 pounds available per month. Packaged on one Omag three lane line.
• Coffee Pods - 7-14 grams up to 20,000 pounds per month. Packaged on one MN200 Gino Rossi machine.
• 1.75 oz retail Mini-Brick we have capacity of 125,000 pounds per month. Packaged on one ICA RS 20 machine.
