Coffee Supply and Grades

Cascade uses a number of domestic brokers to source coffee from most of the coffee producing countries in the world. The relationship with these brokers has been developed over the history of the company and has grown into an understanding of our requirements and preferences. As such, we are offered only the finest quality Arabica beans from Central America, South America, Indonesia, Hawaii, Africa and other coffee producing countries and regions. Cascade is a certified organic facility and we import a variety of organic and Fair Trade coffees as well. Green coffee is received throughout the year at our plant in Everett, Washington in the form of 150-pound burlap bags or 2000 pound "super sacks".

In addition to roasting and packaging coffee, Cascade offers green coffee storage and handling services for importers, roasters and brokers. These services include unloading, loading, palletizing, reconditioning, storage, weighing, sorting, sewing, labeling, caffeine analysis and sampling.
