Coffee Service

The Coffee Service Division operates out of four branches throughout the state of Washington. Each branch has an office and a warehouse and is lead by a manager. Depending on the size of the individual branch, they will employ a staff that includes sales professionals, route delivery/customer service representatives, service technicians, warehouse personnel and office managers. Customers receive regular deliveries from their customer service reps that deliver and stock product, clean and check equipment, exchange glass bowls and sell additional products and services. Service technicians install new equipment and repair equipment on-site. A customer's first contact is usually with one of our sales professionals or the branch manager. The warehouse staff maintains inventory levels to insure maximum freshness and the office staff is ready to answer any service question or to take an order.

Offices

Cascade Coffee, Inc. can address the needs of an office with as few as 10 people or as many as several hundred. We can provide the equipment, coffee, and other essential products you need for a high quality coffee break program.

Restaurants

From a breakfast house to a white linen establishment, Cascade Coffee can address all of your coffee and brewing equipment needs. In addition to coffee brewing equipment, we offer Iced Tea brewers and Whole Bean Grinders.
